WORKSHOP REGISTRATION NOTES
Workshops are priced separately from Meeting Registration. All workshops will take place at the Oriental Mandarin Hotel on Saturday, July 17 and Sunday, July 18, 2010. Workshop space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

To qualify for the early workshop fee, your payment (not your payment commitment) must be postmarked by June 5, 2010. Cancellations are accepted until July 2, 2010. After that date, a cancellation will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.

Should a workshop be cancelled due to low attendance, refunds will be given 2-4 weeks following the workshop cancellation.
